Fee Structure for New Admissions for Academic Session 2025-26
Please Note:
Payment of fee has to be done through Post Dated Cheques by depositing 4 crossed cheques in favor of TAKSHILA ACADEMY or through Direct Debit/ Online Payment Gateway.
All four quarter post-dated cheques must be submitted in the beginning of the session (by 01stApril, 2026).
Confirmation of New Admissions, Promotion to the next class, Issuance of ID Card and Diary will only be done after all the four quarters post-dated cheques have been submitted to the Account Office or after confirmation by the bank that the direct debit has been setup.
Parents who wish to pay the full session fee at one time can do so through a single cheque/cash.
Separate Post-Dated Cheques have to be deposited for each child.
The dates (on post-dated cheques) should follow the schedule below. On due dates the, the school will deposit the cheques in the bank.
On the back of each cheque, write the child’s NAME, CLASS, SECTION, and ADMISSION NUMBER.
Transport Fees (if opted for) will be payable quarter wise only. The school does not provide one-way transportation.
Transport facility is available for specific stops only. Parents should check the same before taking admission.
No tuition fees or transport fees (if opted) will be refunded by the school authorities even if a student attends class for one day and is subsequently withdrawn from the school.
Under no circumstances the fees once paid is transferable/adjustable or refundable.
In addition to the above-mentioned fee, parents/guardians will be required to meet the expenses of educational tours and excursions, adventure and scout camps, CBSE clusters and external sports events, Olympiads and other consequential expenses related to the education of the child.
A dishonored cheque on any account will have to be paid in bank draft along with the late payment fee wherever applicable along with cheque return charge as applicable at the school fee counter between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
After SMS/notice regarding dishonored cheque from school, if the above corrective action is not taken within 15 days the child’s name will be struck off the rolls.
Fresh admission may be given at the discretion of the Principal after the name has been struck off due to non-payment of the fee/ cheque being dishonored. Admission fee will have to be paid for fresh admission.
If a child’s cheque is dishonored twice, for any reason, the rest of the cheques will be returned and the parents will have to pay the entire due fee for the year in one installment in cash only.
A concession of 50% of total tuition fee and admission fee will be given to the staff ward (s) of TAKSHILA ACADEMY for the first two issues only. Application for fee concession/ fee waivers for any other reasons will not be entertained.
The School reserves the right to revise the fees. The fee revision will be linked with the national cost of living index and current inflation rates which may amount to an increase of 9-10 % annually or more. School management can increase transport fees with an increase in fuel rates.
